I am excited to say that participating in the Academic and Grant Writing Enclave (AGE) Research Training has equipped me with critical analytical skills, sharpened my ability to evaluate diverse sources of information, and fostered a deep appreciation for the importance of evidence-based decision-making. I used to think that publishing in high-impact journals was like rocket science but this training has simplified the process for me and also built the necessary skills and confidence I needed to do so. Honestly I want to start by thanking AGE Academy for this great opportunity. The training was a mind blowing experience and very educational. The outline of the course attracted me to register for the training and all my expectations were met. This training gave me more than I expected. I was impressed by the richness of the courses and what the trainers shared from their own extensive experience and practical tips was invaluable. In addition to the knowledge acquired, I come away with organizational and networking techniques to progress in the academic field and I look forward to discovering other AGE training courses.
